At Goodpic.com, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality products to our customers. All products are genuine, brand new, and undergo meticulous quality control.
For Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please immediately notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number from the original confirmation e-mail or receipt, along with your email address and contact number. We are committed to replacing the item as swiftly as possible or arranging for a refund if replacement isn't feasible.
For Unwanted Items:

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. If you wish to return undamaged goods, please ensure they are:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
- In entirely unused condition.
- In their original packaging and deemed fit for resale*.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Upon receiving the returned goods in the stipulated condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Goodpic.com is not accountable for items while in transit back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable service with sufficient insurance. Make sure to pack the items securely, using new packaging material if required. Any damage incurred during the return transit remains the customer's responsibility until received by Goodpic.com.

The costs associated with returning undamaged goods will be borne by the customer unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

*When returning goods, it is important they are fit for resale. We encourage our customers to inspect the items as if they were shopping in-store. This does not encompass using the items. If we receive returned goods that show signs of use, even minimal, Goodpic.com reserves the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion.

To ensure a seamless return experience:
- Email contact@goodpic.com stating your order number and intent to return the item.
- Await our Return Form and Instructions, typically arriving within 4-6 business days.
- Adhere to the guidelines mentioned in our email. Ensure the returned item is packed in its original materials and include the completed returns form.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It's crucial to retain postage proof and opt for an insured shipping service, as we're not accountable for items lost in transit.
Refund:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
