Made with high-quality stainless steel and a precise finish, the scissors are exceptionally durable and sharp. The handle is soft and designed to fit comfortably in your hand. This 170 model, with its finely polished sharp blade, is not only ideal for appliqué, mola, and reverse appliqué but also provides a consistent cut for piecing and aligning seam allowances.

The blade is made from a high-quality thick molybdenum vanadium steel, which is unparalleled for scissors of this size, boasting impressive durability. Its precision-polished finish ensures sharpness, and the high-quality materials provide sturdiness.

It offers consistent cutting performance on both thin and thick fabrics. Furthermore, it can cut multiple layers (typically 5 to 6 layers of standard fabric) simultaneously.

Hardened through heat treatment, the blade surface is then blast-finished to enhance its hardness and durability.

With the blast process on the blade's surface, the smooth texture ensures that fewer loose fibres adhere to the blade when cutting threads or fabric. This results in a consistently smooth and stable cutting experience.

The handle is ergonomically designed to reduce strain on the hand, and the soft handle ensures reduced fatigue and minimises finger pain even during prolonged use. It comes with a leather pouch.
